The Recreation Grounds — near the town centre, the biggest of the bunch: swings, slides, climbing frames, a zip line, and a separate skate park for older kids and teens. Plenty of seating and open lawn around it.
Dunluce Centre Park — right beside the Dunluce Centre, with a pirate-ship climbing frame and a soft play surface. Handy to combine with the Centre’s mini-golf and arcade for a full day out.
Arcadia Park — small, but hard to beat for setting: swings and a climbing frame on East Strand with the Atlantic right there, close enough to head straight to the beach afterwards.
Dhu Varren Park — quieter, in the Dhu Varren housing area away from the town centre. Classic swings, seesaw, and a small climbing frame, with grass around it for a picnic or a kickabout.
Both Hilltop Holiday Park and Carrick Dhu Holiday Park have their own enclosed play areas if you’re staying on-site at either.
